It can be prepared for a memorial table, photo board, welcome easel, or keepsake display. The customer chooses where to print, frame, or mount the finished file.
Rather than starting over for each item, we adapt the approved program’s fonts, border treatment, color palette, and photographs so the keepsakes feel like part of one coordinated tribute. You can request matching items as part of a larger program order or ask us to review an individual keepsake order.
Our listed amounts cover digital design files. Physical fans, bookmarks, cards, adhesive labels, paper, ribbons, pins, prints, mounting and shipping are not included unless a separate service is clearly agreed. We review the order and pricing before collecting payment.

Guests may keep a printed copy in a book, memory box or photo album. Coordinated signage and collages can also help tell the loved one’s story during a Celebration of Life, wake or repast.
We can review requests for colors and themes reflecting gardening, sports, fishing, music, professional service, cultural heritage or family traditions. We adapt established designs when the request fits the catalog; a new design or unlisted item requires separate scope and pricing approval. Families choose any cultural or religious symbols they want represented; we never assume them.
You receive completed print-ready digital artwork, not a parcel of preprinted favors. Follow the relevant size and paper recommendations for each file; test one copy for image quality, margins and legibility, then use a compatible home printer or a local copy shop. Printing, materials, trimming, shipping and other vendor costs are separate from our design fees.
